In May 2015 an Alectra legacy utility, PowerStream, completed the replacement of its 30+year old customer information system with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) in an effort to better serve their residential and commercial customers in York Region and Simcoe County. Kaihen is proud that the services we provided – up-front selection and evaluation assistance, project management capabilities and subject matter expertise, contributed to the success of this project.
