Kaihen client Alectra wins award for Best CIS Implementation

Alectra UtilitiesToronto (May 30, 2017) – Kaihen is proud to announce that during the recent 2017 CS Week, our client Alectra Utilities was presented the award for the Best Implementation of a Customer Information System (CIS). The award is presented to a large utility for a highly successful CIS project implemented during 2015 or 2016. Nominated projects were evaluated based upon:

In May 2015 an Alectra legacy utility, PowerStream, completed the replacement of its 30+year old customer information system with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) in an effort to better serve their residential and commercial customers in York Region and Simcoe County. Kaihen is proud that the services we provided – up-front selection and evaluation assistance, project management capabilities and subject matter expertise, contributed to the success of this project.

“Kaihen played a valuable role in our CIS replacement project from the evaluation & selection phase through implementation. They brought utility & customer operations knowledge, Oracle CC&B subject matter expertise and a diligent project management approach.”— Linas Medelis, Director Customer Service Excellence (former Sponsor and VP Customer Service, PowerStream)

Kaihen congratulates Alectra on this achievement!
