“We are honoured to receive the OEA’s Emerging Company of the Year Award,” says Jonathan Minsky, Managing Director and co-founder of Kaihen. “In addressing the many challenges that today’s utilities are facing, we believe this award is a reflection of the leadership and subject matter expertise that our consultants bring to each project. Kaihen consultants have worked with some of Ontario’s leading industry players on major initiatives including customer information system implementations, outage management system evaluations, asset management business processes, smart metering, meter data management implementations, data analytics, time of use billing and outage communications strategy. For each engagement, the consultants have helped clients to achieve a successful transformation of their business and operations.
